Chatbot - Citizens Advice Manchester 

An advice chatbot has been developed by Citizens Advice Manchester. The TDS Charitable Foundation worked along side them to develop it.

You can ask the chatbot about a variety of issues, this includes:

  • Benefits

  • Money Problems

  • Housing

  • Relationships

  • Immigration

  • Work Problems

You will be provided with appropriate responses by the chatbot and asked further questions regarding your requirements. If the chatbot cannot answer your question, you will be able to enter your postcode and full details of your closest Citizens Advice Bureau will be shown, including contact details.
